What Does Your Wild Woman Want You to Create Most? (A Visualisation)

In Deborah's first post What's your version of a Wild Woman? we opened up the idea of who you feel yourself to be, underneath it all?

What do we even mean by ‘wild?’. It’s who we were before we were told who we were, joyfully expressing our creativity and our life force in an unforced, un-restricted way in the world. Making good choices that nourish us.

If you've 5 moments to give yourself, in a quiet place, or even right, where you are, take a moment to place your feet flat on the ground, as you're reading this.

Hips feeling soft in your chair.

Your back upright.

Your shoulders softened from any tension.

Your teeth unclenched, and jaw slacker than it was before.

Hands gently placed on your lap.

Take a deep breath in on a slow count of 4 through your nose......1, 2, 3, 4......and breathe out faster on a count of 8 through your mouth........1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.........repeat, breathe in on a slow count of 4 through your nose.......1, 2, 3, 4.....and breathe out faster to a count of 8 through your mouth......1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.

Return your breath gently, to normal.

Notice the calm easing into your body, your thoughts stiller than before.

Call up in your mind's eye, the vision of a Wild Woman who represents you, when you feel at your most free.

Visualise the part of you who is your creative spirit, free to roam and do, whatever she pleases.

She is brave, and she always speaks her truth.

She trusts she has wisdom to share and creative gifts to bare.

She is light.

She is smart.

She is strong.

She is intuitive.

She is your wise, inner guide.

Feel her energy right now gloriously pouring into each of your cells.

Feel how good it feels to embody this version of yourself, this Wild Woman that is resourceful, creative, courageous and whole.

From this place of inner knowing, let's take a moment to ask your wise inner guide, to express what you really want.

What do you really want to create most?

Speak your desire aloud.

Write down your desire on a piece of paper.

Notice how your body feels right now and where are you feeling it.

Write down your awareness and any thoughts stirring up.

I don't want you to question what came up for you, or to judge it.

Simply feel your response in your body in the next few hours.

If your answer was unclear, and it was a "I don't know", then let that sit with you awhile.

If your answer was multiple-choice, then notice how it feels to have options.

You'll be able to read the next steps of this creative visualisation, and how you can manifest your creative idea with more clarity and courage, in the next blog post tomorrow.

For now, let your creative desire simmer within you, for tonight!

Love, Marie
