When we create a life or business for ourselves that we once loved, it's really difficult to consider changing it, or letting go of things that no longer serve your soul.
We cling on for dear life, to daily routines and habits, to programs we designed, or to relationships and homes that once were the supporting raft offering us stability.
It's when you start to feel those things are drowning you, or draining your soul energy, or no longer giving you what you need, that it's time for change.
It's time to trust in letting go.
It can be a scary thing to do – to let go of what you know well, even when it overwhelms or sometimes even pains you.
What we know is certain, and what we don't know yet, is often viewed with fear of uncertainty, rather than open-hearted curiosity.
Take a moment to ask your inner wild and wise woman for guidance.
What do she really want for you?
Does she want you to feel free?
Does she want to experience life with the love, joy, pleasure, creativity and wild wonder that you were born to savour most?
If that's a YES, then seize this very moment to commit to that change!
Commit from today, to finding a way to enable yourself to let go of what isn't giving you what you need, and make room for who and what will.
The rip-roaring roller-coaster of life at her most beautiful, is ready to be rode – and you, my courageous one, are more than capable of enduring and enjoying that wilder ride.
Though I know you've heard this all before.
You've most likely even said this encouragingly to others!
But sometimes even if you're excited by the vision of your dream, it can be daunting to try different ways of working, foreign lands, start new routines. It might make your stomach knot up in angst at the thought of getting out of your comfort zone.
Once again, remind yourself that life is here for you to experience it in the way you can dream of, and more.
You were not born to simply hide, but to seek – to seek out all in this world that is there for you, that resonates, that is to be savoured and explored.
The fears that might be saying, 'But I don't know how....', or 'I don't know if it'll work', 'I don't think I can do it', are just there to protect you, and to keep you safe!
Of course we want you to be safe, and assured, and you will be, because when you're ready to let go of what isn't serving you well, you'll be supported.
You just have to ask for what you need.
