On days like today, you wake up, and surely you should be buzzed from the great day you had before?
But instead, you wake up a little somber, anxiety butterflies in your stomach...you know everything is fine, great in fact, and you've an amazing vision to achieve, BUT somehow, your energy has shifted.
What do you do?
Do something that energises you, lifts your mood, keeps your spirits up, & recite the affirmation "my life is & will be fabulous".
And then what if, after you've done that, you're feeling good, and you get to the station, but you find it's closed – queues are everywhere – you have to treck back from back where you came from. Another 20 minute walk. Your work getting further away from you.
You make a quick decision to enjoy the extra walk, you don't worry that you're starting later, it'll be fine. It's a beautiful day still. You repeat, "my life is and will be fabulous".
What if you then slip on the wet leaves, while carrying too many things weighing you down, your phone smashes to the ground – window shattered – your fresh dress and tights are covered in mud, your hand (and ego) bruised.
You might be thinking, "my life doesn't feel so fucking fabulous right now" (your Wild Woman sometimes swears when she doesn't get her own way!) But, yes, you get up, dust yourself off, and go into the nearest place you feel comfortable, who will accept you no matter what you look like.
You clean yourself down, roll your sleeves up, cover the dirt, order your favourite drink, go to the loo for a good cry if you want to, and get back to where you started.
And you repeat, "my life is and will be fabulous."
We sometimes don't get what we expect, or we fall, but all we can do is lift ourselves up, & begin again.
All is as it should be. Your Wild Woman is strong. Your life is & will be fabulous. You have the choice & power to make it so.
