When setting your dreams, visions and goals at the end of a busy year, during a time when you're often required to be present for family commitments at New Year, you may have created your vision from a place of low energy.
Did you give yourself enough time off, to rest, before you set your new benchmark of success or fulfilment this year?

If you're not feeling excited, in fact, you realise now you didn't even set clear goals for yourself and somehow, are in the same place you were last year, feeling a little lost, unclear or lacking exciting direction in your life or business, then you've still time to transform that.
You've still time to give yourself space to consider what's the wildest thing possible that you want to take steps to achieve, this year.
You might have several dreams and visions that come to you, so let your intuition tell you which feels most resonant of all the things you imagine you want for yourself.
Choose the dream and vision that feels resonant right now – it just "feels right". Let your intuition guide you on this.
Spend time really imagining yourself in the dream or vision.
How you will look. How you will sound. How you will feel. What will be different when you've achieved this one thing. This helps you to start to believe that it is really possible to action the dream and reach the vision.
When you believe something is possible, it is much easier to plan the steps needed to make it happen.
Plan the steps from the vision or goal backwards. Choose a way to plan that feels good for you that you will know you'll enjoy engaging with every day. For example, if you find spreadsheets draining, then don't put your plan into one! If you find getting the laptop out daily drains you, then plan with post-it and pen. You get to choose how you plan.
Once you've got the belief, and a plan of action, it's then must easier to DO the action.
