7 Powerful Questions To Lead Towards Your Dream Lifestyle

Distance, like travel, tells you many things about who you are and who you're becoming, and importantly who and what you love, and what you feel you've lost.

While here in London, I look at familiar scenes like an outsider, no longer part of this crowd. I am starting to acknowledge, just how at home I now feel, on African land, on Moroccan soil.

I'm forever grateful that I know this comparison, and can live and work from where I choose because I've made life choices and created a business model that enables that to be possible.

Back in London for a week, I notice that like many cities, all the citizens that make up our society are going about their busy day. The busyness of 'business as usual'. As if there were no other way but a fast pace. This is their belief and for some, their preferred choice. But what if that fast pace of life and crowded space isn't what brings you joy?

My mind skips back to Morocco: writing in the Chefchaouen mountains, getting the work done, creating and serving my clients well from beautiful palatial gardens, by the seafront, by the pool and in lovely Riads

I remember photos from Katya Nova (Nurturing Nova), Emma or New Earth Mama and Janne Robinson, women who've shown me so much about living an inspirational life true to our inner and outer nature.

Women, who seem to live a natural, slower pace of life, in beautiful surroundings, who travel, are creative and holistic, have a successful creative or holistic business, a family or circle of good friends, a global presence, the wealth they need for the lifestyle they want.

Yet, they haven't had to sacrifice their wild authenticity or creative soul for their paycheck.

I saw an advert yesterday on Facebook claiming how we use Instagram to promote the false reality of our lives, showing a disheartened woman deadened in the dullness of her work, questioning "is this it?". Then, the highlight of her day was the chance to share a photo of "Pizza Day" on Instagram with the #Ilovemyjob false claim.

It was an advert, yet I still shouted at the video "you can do whatever it is you can dream you want to do!".

Time and time again, you will hear this claim, and may even tell it to your own clients too.

Are you believing yet that if you can dream it, you can do it?

Are you putting steps into action to know what your dream is and make it real?

Dreams and desires can change and must evolve as your life does.

When was the last time you checked are you living your version of a "dream" lifestyle or a life that resonates day to day?

If not, why?

We're told not to ask the "why?" question in Coaching, but sometimes, there's no better way to stop you in your tracks and ask you to explore your truth.

You may say, "I don't know why", so I'd then ask you, "what's it like not to know?".....So our conversation would go on until you start to reveal what's really in the way of your dream life.

I imagine, you will know your excuses by now very well. The reasons you've told yourself you can't really let yourself dream of a bigger or better reality. You or someone else has told you can't do or have what you want.

There are some of you reading this who may have limited possibilities to really shift away from a reality you're unhappy with. Though, I hope that you're someone who does have the capacity to bring change into your life and work if you want it.

Use of the extreme scenario of our deathbed to look back and see what we regret not doing can be a cliche, but sometimes we need that powerful reminder, our bodies are not infinite.

You may have seen evidence of other courageous souls who once diagnosed with terminal illnesses, have done what they desired for so long, while they still could.

What did it take for those particular brave ones to do that?

Most likely, it was the belief, it mattered that they experience that moment. As well as an incredible dose of determination, courage and inner strength to ask for what they wanted, including the help or resources needed to do that thing.

You are here. You still can do what you want if you decide to do the same; to believe it is possible for you.

Clarify your dream. Determine the solution to inner or outer challenges. Write the plan and goals. Know and have the steps scheduled. Confirm the accountability and the type of encouragement you need to keep going. Get on the path to really living the way you want now. Your dream and desire will change, so you just repeat the process each time it does.

We all have challenges in our lives, inner doubts and recurring fears. Each one of us. But, a percentage of us will choose to believe, to find the solution and a way to overcome the obstacle, to experience life on their terms.

What do you want for your life, really?

Are you ready to believe in yourself, and to take a stand for who you really are and what you want?

If that's a "YES!" then take that revved up energy and stand up and shout it aloud! Stretch your arms out and up and tell the Universe or whatever God you believe in you are ready to live your wildness and to express your truth.

She or he is listening. You will be supported. We are here to support you.

You can do this.

It's your time.

So, when do you want to start living your dream lifestyle?
